- Color code all tools in use to avoid confusion during pick up
- Aquire common "CDBA Tools" for such events
- Hammers, tongs, EZ-up tent, punches, chisels
- Have a "tong-day" work shop. Each person makes 2 tongs and donates one to CDBA for the "CDBA Tool Chest"

- T-Shirt report from Andy
- During Age of Iron, shirts were priced as follows.
- L, XL: $15 (members), $18 (non-members)
- XXL: $18 (members), $20 (non-members)
- Sweatshirts: $30 (members), $35 (non-members)
- Jack questioned the cost of the shirts given that he had seen other groups selling theirs for as little as $10
- Our shirts are embroidered, NOT silk screened (like the others)
- Our shirt were purchased as part of a MUCH smaller production run (thus increasing the price per shirt)
- Hats can be available for approximately $15 ea.
- Total dollar amount sold = $168.00
- By executive decision from Sarah and with Andy's approval: All money from the T-shirts will go to Andy first until the money that he fronted for them is repayed
- Issues with Kevin McGlynn as treasurer.
- Does not attend meetings or events regularly
- Does not give notice that he can not attend events or meetings nor send the treasurer's report with another member
- Is not responsive to queries from President and other officers
- Has not followed through on opening CDBA checking account.
- Has not cashed some members checks for dues
-
- Suggestions:
- Sarah and Andy will contact Kevin and discuss the situation with him
- Kevin and Aaron (Assistant Treasurer) might be able to swap positions.
- A quick "Sign In" list should be continued at CDBA events, for a head count. Eventhough this list will no longer be used as a "membership roster".
- CDBA sign should be created for CDBA and multigroup events
- Andy offered to use his plasma cutter to create a perminant sign, if CDBA buys the materials
- CDBA pins might be an additional way of identifying members at multigroup events.
- CDBA Banner for events was also suggested
- Sarah and Dan will contact the company where they bought their Oak & Acorn shop banner.
- The next business meeting will be at Joe Merli's. Although the exact time will be unannounced so as to include the most members.
