Joseph Feldmann

Joseph Mark Feldmann, also known to his friends as Yvan Wolvesbane and Grok passed away suddenly on December 4,2016. Born February 2, 1958 to late Ed and Myna Feldmann. He had an associates in machining and an associates in construction technology from Hudson Valley Community College. He was a devoted fan of the Grateful Dead and a long-time member of the Society for Creative Anachronism and The Norse Recreation Society (also know as Norseland). He was an avid amateur blacksmith, metal caster, leatherworker, and carver of bone and antler. He was an active member of the Capital District Blacksmiths' Association in Albany NY even after his move to VT. He is survived by his wife of 16 years Maggie Allen, his three brothers Robert, Charles, and William and their spouses, his nieces, nephews and a myriad of friends.

A celebration of his life and reception will be held at 2-5 pm Saturday January 7, 2017 at the Berne NY Volunteer Fire Department, 25 Main Street, Berne, NY. Tie-dye attire is welcome.
