Albany School kids - SCHEDULE FOR 2016 -- Update 4/26/16

Mar 15, 2016

Each year, in exchange for using our shop site (City of Albany's Normanside Farm, off Delaware Ave.from Albany/Delmar (under the bride)and all that that entails, we in turn provide a learning experience for the younger Albany school students. Basically, it is lighting a fire, heating a piece of iron and telling the kids about blacksmithing. You can be as creative as you want, as long as the essentials of working with iron are gone over and if you can give it a historical context as well, so much the better.
